What Happens When A Court Rules That Twins Aren’t Related?

There's more happening overseas in surrogacy news this week than here in the US.  The British Aristocracy has welcomed its first (known) baby via surrogacy and in a bizarre ruling, Italian Courts have determined that twin boys are not related to each other.
